Dear October, What. a. month.

You were ground-breaking and earth-shattering — we learned to set healthy boundaries and pour back into ourselves.

We had our biggest Full Moon Beach Yoga ever — 303 souls gathered under the October Supermoon 🌕

The energy, the hugs, the community connection… I’ll never forget it.

And then — you showed up again. Voting Tribal into the Top 4 for Best Yoga of Milwaukee 2025. Thank you for believing in this vision of real yoga, real results, and real community.

October’s Intention: Self-love. Specifically in the form of self-talk. You’ve tried the overly critical self-talk. For just this month can you be almost delusion about your self talk??

Try these 3 steps for Self- Love this month:

1. Look yourself in the mirror > hold your face > and tell yourself all the things you love about yourself.

2. Throughout the day, if you notice negative self-talk > pause > take 3 deep breaths > and tell yourself 3 encouraging words of advice you’d give a best friend.

3. Fuel your temple with healing herbs. Buy natural, herbal tea and drink at least one cup a day. Tea has an abundance of benefits. Your brain and gut are directly connected. Heal the gut. Heal the mind.
