The program begins with a weigh-in and measurements event from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, at Wava Hall, 200 N. Holly Ave. Participants can enjoy fun exercises and other activities that get the body moving.

There’s a $25 entry fee, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three men and top three women based on the highest percentage of body weight lost. Participants must attend both the beginning and ending weigh-ins to be eligible for prizes.
