The Spring Equinox reminds us that growth doesn’t happen all at once. It begins with a small shift, a moment of reflection, and the courage to plant something new.

Before the noise, before the pressure to become everything at once, we gathered — to rest, to dream, to remember our power.

This Spring Equinox, I’m hosting a women’s circle to honor the shift from winter into growth. We’ll make vision boards, build connection, and step back into the village that still exists if we choose it

No performance. No pretending. Just women reclaiming what was always ours.

A gentle way to close the day and prepare the body for rest

1.Let your Moon Time Tea steep as the ritual begins.
2.Cleanse your face — wash away the day.
3.Apply magnesium to calm the body and invite deep rest.
4.Warm tallow between your hands and press into the skin for nourishment and repair.
5.Use soft lymphatic drainage massage to encourage flow and release what you’re holding.

Slow movements. Deep breaths. Intentional care. Night is for restoring what the day has taken. 🌿

Life is not a race. You don’t need to rush your healing, your growth, or your becoming. The earth moves in seasons, not deadlines… and so do you.

Move at your own pace. Rest when your body asks. Begin again when you’re ready.
