I have been a Reiki Master Teacher for over 16 years, and I am deeply passionate about teaching Reiki as both a healing modality and a way of life!

My Approach to Reiki Teaching…

I believe Reiki is not simply learned — it is remembered.

The healer is made through presence, intention, and connection to Universal Life Force Energy. This energy lies dormant within us, waiting to be awakened for the benefit of ourselves, others, and the world.

In my classes, Reiki is taught with:

• Ceremony and reverence

• Clear energetic instruction

• Guided meditation

• Hands-on practice

• Emotional and spiritual integration

• Compassionate mentorship

Attunements are offered in a beautiful, intentional, and ceremonial way, allowing each student to fully receive, embody, and integrate the Reiki symbols and their energies.

I take a maximum of eight students per class to ensure personal attention, energetic safety, and a truly supportive learning environment!

What You Will Learn:

• What Reiki is and how it works

• The history of Usui Reiki

• Reiki ethics and integrity

• The Choku Rei (Power Symbol) and its energetic meaning

• Chakra clearing, balancing, and activation

• Byosen scanning (energetic sensitivity in the hands)

• Reiki hand placements for yourself and for sessions with others

• Working with the energetic biofield of the body

• Reiki self-healing techniques

• Kenyoku (dry bathing) for energetic cleansing

• Feeling and working with Reiki energy

• Opening your connection to the Source of Reiki

• Receiving your Reiki I attunement

Guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing are incorporated throughout the training to support deep energetic opening and integration

One of the most valuable things I’ve learned over the years of earth wisdom keeping…

You don’t need to herb harder…
You need to herb more intelligently!

Herbs aren’t just “for” things.
They interact with the terrain!

Not every label recommendation is meant for your nervous system!

Herbs carry energetics:

warming
cooling
drying
moistening
stimulating
sedating
moving
grounding

Your body carries energetics too... on all levels! When we combine them thoughtfully, we get harmony.

When we experiment without awareness, we aren’t mindfully experiencing each herb and listening to the wisdom each has to share with us and our bodies. Without studying, experiencing and the reverence for the herbs we’re trying, we can even have a reaction that we weren’t counting on!

This doesn’t mean herbs are “bad.” It means they’re powerful.
Keep studying, take workshops, never stop learning!

Last night’s Return to Voice was tender, powerful, and deeply alive.

There is something sacred that happens when women gather not to perform… not to impress… but simply to be with their own voice again.

After 12 years of holding circles, this work still moves me to my core.
When the voice comes home to the body, something ancient awakens.

Tonight is not quiet.

It is coiled.
It is awake beneath the surface.
It is breath held in the ribs before the gallop.

The New Moon gathers heat in the dark and the Fire Horse returns as it does in its twelve-year rhythm.

Not to repeat the past…
but to meet who you have become since it last ran through your life.

And in the heavens above this turning earth, the sun slipped briefly behind shadow.

A solar eclipse.

Not for spectacle.
For recalibration.

Even unseen, it reminds us that power is not lost when it disappears from view.

Sometimes light withdraws
to reset its aim.

This is NOT a time for dramatic declarations.

It is a time for inner alignment…
For noticing where your pulse has quickened.
For honoring the places in you that are no longer willing to move slowly just to make others comfortable.

There is courage here.
But it is not reckless.

It is intelligent flame.
It is sacred stamina.
It is power that remembers its own cycle.

If something in you feels restless tonight, don’t rush to define it.

Stand with it.
Listen to it.
Let it show you its shape.

Some fires burn to destroy.

This one burns to clarify.

Under this dark sky,
you are not starting over…
