We provide residential and adult day supports to many across the State Of Ohio.

Ashley shared these moments from a new project kickoff where everyone jumped in, grabbed some markers, and got creative together. Lots of focus, teamwork, and pride in the work being done.

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month 🧡
This month is about recognizing abilities, celebrating progress, and continuing to build communities where everyone belongs.

At Creative Foundations, we get to see growth happen every day. Confidence builds. Independence grows. Creativity shows up in ways that make us smile. Big milestones and small victories both matter, and every single one deserves to be celebrated.
Inclusion is not a special event or a once-a-year conversation. It is something we work toward together every single day.

The printer gets the hype. The design does the work.

Projects start with sketches and digital models, followed by testing, fixing mistakes, and figuring out what actually works in the real world. There is a lot of patience and problem solving before anything is ready to print.

That is where confidence grows. 💙

Valentine’s Day sparked this 3D printing project.
Custom Creative Foundations keychains, designed and made from start to finish and shared as gifts.

3D printers are not just about the final product. They are about learning how ideas turn into real things. From designing on a screen to testing, adjusting, and trying again, the process teaches patience, problem-solving, and the confidence that comes from creating something yourself.

This is just the beginning of many creative projects to come. 💙

We are proud to officially introduce Sharnea Roush-Williams as the Executive Director of Creative Foundations.

Sharnea brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in early childhood education, operations, and community-based services. Her career has been defined by building high-quality, sustainable programs that support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, their families, and the dedicated professionals who serve them.

She is recognized for her strong leadership presence, thoughtful decision-making, and ability to strengthen systems while keeping teams aligned and focused on long-term goals. Sharnea leads with both strategy and empathy, creating environments where staff feel supported, families feel heard, and individuals are empowered.

As Creative Foundations moves forward alongside Help at Home, Sharnea’s leadership will help us grow with intention, strengthen how we serve, and continue delivering consistent, compassionate support to the individuals and families who rely on us.

We are excited for this next chapter and the continued impact we will make together.
