We can’t control the external world but we can learn to master our internal world.⁣

We can’t always control people, events, or circumstances around us but can control the way we choose to respond to them. ⁣
⁣
No person or thing has the power to make you angry, scared, sad, or frustrated - these are ways we choose to respond to them. When we blame others for these emotions we are giving our power away.⁣
⁣
When we no longer rely on other people or circumstances to make us happy we take our power back and become empowered to respond in a way that is healthy and sustainable for our mind, heart, spirit, and the relationship. ⁣
⁣
May you have the will to master your inner worlds. ⁣

We had such a great conversation with last week as guests on her Chatting Human Design Podcast!

Human Design is the next generation of self-knowledge. It’s a complex tool that uses the position of the planets along with your birth date, time, and place to produce a roadmap of your energy.

It’s important to understand is your Energy Type first. There are five main types, and each has different way of bringing in more opportunities and flow into their life.

1️⃣Generators are destined to build. They are known to be energetic and eager to respond to problems and challenges. They have consistent energy and are the “doers”

2️⃣Manifestors - are the trailblazers of the world. They are happy on their own and their energy is known to be some of the strongest of all types, which and often speak things into existence.

3️⃣Manifesting Generators are a cross between the G’s & M’s. They find joy trying new things and squeezing the most out of life. They are notorious for finding shortcuts to mastery.

4️⃣Projectors have an engaging and complex depth to their spirit. They must use their energy wisely to live in alignment and avoid burn out.

5️⃣Reflectors absorb the energy around them and reflect it into the world. The rarest type, representing only 1% of the population.

We’ve been tapping into this knowledge to know ourselves better and relate to others in life and business according to their individual design.
