She has a background in pediatric nursing and now does her business full time. She does this through working with individuals and groups conducting weight loss programs, help with athletic performance, increased energy and mindset training. She has been a fitness enthusiast for the last decade and believes that where focus goes energy flows. Focus on gratitude and moving your body and watch how your life can change! No experience that you have in life is ever lost or wasted. I haven’t worked as a bedside nurse since 2019 but I use my nursing license weekly… just in a round about way. I have quite a few nurse/healthcare clients and it works because I understand how they can talk to their customers, because I was one!

Life is too short to stay stuck or in a career that doesn’t make you happy or fit who you are. Let this be your reminder that it’s never too late to make a change. 🤍

Putting in the reps > The Outcome

I keep trying to think about what being committed to 10K steps a day has taught me and mostly it’s just a complete pain and therefore has taught me I can do hard things. 🤣 I have noticed I’m moving much quicker on conversations and tasks specifically that would have made me hesitate 3 months ago. I don’t stress as badly about a hard conversation and I do think I’ve gotten some great ideas on walks. I’ve had some amazing convos… it’s so much better with friends. But yeah, mostly it’s just difficult and that’s why it’s so good for me. Day 84🫡

Shoutout to my 30 year old self that put a full face of makeup on when I walked into my first ever group fitness class. It makes me laugh now but forever grateful I found fitness at one of the lowest points of my life. What I learned was that when I started pushing myself physically my mind followed. A decade + later and I feel like I’m just getting started. Movement is medicine and you’ll never be sorry for working on yourself. ❤️‍🔥

Couldn’t start an IV to save my life but made those people at the claw machine feel like they won game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals. 😂❤️🏒🚨

A reminder that it’s never too late to change your mind, pivot, or start something new. I went back to nursing school at 26. It was my second degree. Graduated at 28. Started my first company at 32 sold it at 39. I’m almost 41 and doing so many things I never went to school for or was trained in… social media, events, managing people… and the list goes on and on.

Shoutout to Amanda for letting me man her most prized posesssion 😂 if I was a business owner I’d follow purely to watch what Amanda does with marketing. Her ideas are 100/10.

Don’t ask me what my hourly rate is 🫠😆🙃💀

But for real… a reminder that starting anything new is going to be WORK and a lot of it. While I’m not new at entrepreneurship, digital marketing, or collaborations is new so you’re going to get lessons. Social media has us thinking that everything happens overnight and it just doesn’t work that way. Keep hustling and putting in the reps, I’m doing the same. ❤️‍🔥

We’re on a strict program this year 🫡 Time is our most valuable asset and I’m trying to be so intentional how I spend mine. I love having one big place where you can see the whole year… block off events, travel, days off, and leave room for magic too. ✨💫
AND uses so you know it’s gotta be good… success leaves clues 🫡

X collab comin in hot 🔥 we’re in no way back to having big events but even little connections with this community fills my soul and reminds me why I started this whole thing... because nurses deserve to feel good and give themselves the same love and attention we give everyone else.
