Funny how “woo” starts sounding different when scientists say it 😉

But sure… I’m the “weird” one for talking about energy and frequency.

Meanwhile:

Einstein: “𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺.”
Tesla: “𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺, 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.”

We’ve been subtly programmed to dismiss what actually governs reality…
to reduce it, mock it, label it irrational, “woo woo”.

And then we wonder why life feels heavy, stuck, resistant.

𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬.

Everything you experience is influenced by what you broadcast, hold, and embody.

No wonder you are exhausted 😩

You’re living in three identities at once.

The past you feels familiar.
The becoming you feels uncomfortable.
And the future you feels “too much”… so you shut her down.

Here is a deeper look:👇

→ Who you were:

Old patterns. Old reactions.
The version that learned how to cope and keep going.
“This is just how I am.”🤷‍♀️

→ Who you’re becoming:

You feel the shift.
You’re more aware now.
But you’re not fully living from this place yet.

(That in-between is soooo frustrating.)😩

→ Who you barely let yourself imagine:

The easier life.
The confident version of you.
The one you shut down with… “Who do I think you are to…?” Or the ever self limiting ... “That’s not realistic.”

So you go back and forth 🔁

Old habits → new awareness → quiet wanting.

That constant pull?🔁 That’s the exhaustion.
That’s the fog, the lack of focus…
that’s why no amount of rest can fix it.

You don’t need another affirmation..

You need to see the emotional contract you wrote for yourself - about what love, health, happiness, and success are actually allowed to look like in your life.

Until you break it, your manifestations will keep reflecting the limits you didn’t even know you set.

If I knew then what I know now?👇

I’d know that so much of what I carried
was never mine to begin with…

That nothing was wrong with me, it was
my nervous system just doing its job…

That I wasn’t broken,
I was running in survival mode.

And maybe for the first time,
I’d stop asking what’s wrong with me
and start grieving how long I believed there was!!
