Have you ever noticed the weather is an oracle?

Sunny days can invite expansion.
Storms can ask us to pause.
Wind can stir what has gone stagnant.
Fog can teach trust when you cannot see far ahead.

What if weather isn’t just happening around us, but speaking to us?

I’ve been wondering if life is always giving signals.

Thunder can sound like truth that won’t stay quiet.
Rain can feel like release.
A season of drought can ask where we’ve stopped nourishing ourselves.

Maybe spiritualizing your life begins by paying attention.

Not making everything mystical, but becoming intimate with what is already speaking.

I’ve started asking,
What is today’s weather showing me about my inner weather?

When life feels stormy, do I resist, or listen?
When things feel still, do I trust the quiet?

The weather can be a mirror.
An oracle.
A teacher.

How has the weather guided you lately?

Whitney

What if the thing falling apart in your life isn’t a mistake, but a making?

Sometimes we call it loss, when life is really clearing space.

A relationship changes.
A friendship thins.
An identity no longer fits.
The old picture of happiness cracks.

And we resist the in-between because it can feel uncertain.

But what if the in-between isn’t empty.

What if it’s fertile?

Lately I’ve been sitting with this through my own reflections and card pulls, seeing how often what looks like collapse is really reorganization.

Sometimes an old structure has to fall away before a truer version of love, community, purpose, even self trust can enter.

I’m learning this season is not about loving every uncomfortable moment.

It’s about embracing the season I’m in.

Meeting it with gratitude.

With wonder.

With curiosity.

With enough trust to say,
something may be rearranging for me, not against me.

There is wisdom in the pause.

There is medicine in the unknown.

There is life in the space between what was and what wants to become.

Maybe growth isn’t always building.

Maybe sometimes it’s releasing.

Maybe some of the “tower moments” in our lives are just smaller heavens collapsing so a bigger one can arrive.

I’m beginning to believe that.

What season are you in right now, building, breaking open, or becoming?

What are you filling your life with that feeds you, not just distracts you?

Lately I’ve been choosing more of what I love. More beach, more beauty, more peace, more things that make me feel alive in my own skin. Gratitude feels less like a practice and more like a frequency I want to live inside of.

And next up, one month off sugar. Not as punishment, as devotion. A reset. A little experiment in clarity, energy, and self trust.

I’m learning that feeling full has very little to do with food, and everything to do with what we’re feeding our spirit.

Triggered me used to reach for comfort.
Aware me reaches for alignment.

Here’s to filling life with what nourishes.

How quickly can one moment shift your whole mood?

I used to think the goal was to stay in my “good witch” energy all the time. Stay kind, loving, open, and above the noise.

That isn’t real life.

The real practice is noticing the moment it shifts. Your body tightens. Your mind starts building a story. Your nervous system wants to react before your heart has a chance to choose.

That moment is the doorway.

This is what I teach inside my 6 week Track Your Triggers program, how to recognize your patterns, understand what is happening in your body, and choose a different response in the moment it matters most.

You don’t lose your light when you get triggered. You get a chance to bring it back brighter.

Emotional sobriety is freedom, and it is something we can learn.

What would you score yourself today if 10 reflected your most aligned, energized, fully expressed life?

I’ve been playing with a simple lens lately, one I’ve taught for years but felt differently this week.

Physical well-being.
Mental well-being.
Financial well-being.

Not as ideas, but as honest numbers.

Not what it “should” be.
Not what it used to be.
What it is right now.

Because something shifts when you stop guessing and actually look.

If your physical is a 6, your body is asking for something.
If your mental is a 5, your focus or emotional state is speaking.
If your financial is a 4, there’s a relationship with money ready to be seen.

No judgment in any of it. Just data.

And once you see it clearly, your energy has direction.

You stop spreading yourself thin trying to improve everything at once.
You start investing your time where it actually matters.

That’s where growth becomes real.

I’ve noticed when I bring one area up with intention, everything else starts to recalibrate around it. There’s a quiet confidence that builds when you know where you stand and you’re willing to meet yourself there.

Curious where you land today.

If you had to score yourself in each area, what numbers come up?

Whitney

What are you calling in, even in the middle of inconvenience?

My flight was delayed, the food options were limited, and with the way I eat, no cheese, no wheat, finding something that works is not always easy. I asked about an egg white bite and they couldn’t find one. Then later, while I was getting my drink, it appeared.

That moment felt like a gift from the universe.

Such a small thing, and such a clear reminder. When I stay focused on what I’m grateful for, what I love, and the feeling of abundance, that is what meets me.

Energy tells the truth.
What we hold is often what we receive.
