**Life Update**

I’m currently getting my MA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) at FAU. I’m working on building a Feminist Summer Camp at FAU that focuses on art, activism, and environmental justice.

I'm wondering if folks are interested in being a part of a small focus group to best understand how to serve our target community? Send me a private message if you'd be open to filling out a short 15-20 minute survey on Google Forms about a potential "Feminist Camp."

Our plan is to offer reduced tuition for Summer 2021 in exchange for your time and perspective.

Open for 3 more parents with children ages 11-16!

Heal your body+mind

I'm down in South Florida this week, and would love to connect with the community. I am a 200 HR Certified yoga instructor, Certified Children's Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Permaculture Designer. Now I know its spring break for some of you lovely folks, and I wanted to encourage folks to contact me if they're interested in me teaching family yoga, kids yoga, or private adult classes at their home or our in nature. I'm also available to do garden work and garden consultations for you and your family!

Our full CSA box is $40 and your getting a $60+ AT LEAST value. I mean let’s be real folks. I can drop $40 on gluten free chips, a drink, and some kale at a grocery store easily, or spend $40 on 2 appetizers at a restaurant. So why not spend $40 on a box of fresh produce for the week, and support local farmers? Because without farmers there is no food. Without farmers we put all the power and trust into big companies that unfortunately are growing our food with toxic chemicals. Eating farm fresh food should not be a luxury it should be a priority! I mean seriously, aren’t snow peas just amazing? Did you know you can grow a variety of different colored snow peas? At the moment we’re growing green, yellow, and purple snow peas and they are absolutely delicious! My favorite way to eat them is in a stir-fry. There delicious with some ginger, coconut aminos, broccoli, and rice. ⠀

Look at these b-e-a-u-t-I-f-u-l⠀⠀

🍉 Watermelon Radishes 🍉⠀⠀
⠀⠀
These radishes are one of my personal favorites to eat. They get the name Watermelon Radish because their flesh is white closest to the exterior and becomes bright, circular striations of red and magenta toward the center, kind of like a watermelon. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
So my question for you today Facebook fam is have you ever tried these radishes!?! ⠀⠀
