Step into the new year with clarity, focus, and purpose.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and intentionally meet the year ahead. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring you fully into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a visualization of your best possible self in 2026, followed by intention setting and creative visioning.

With all supplies provided, you’ll move into a spacious vision board creation process. Bring personal photos, words, or meaningful symbols if you’d like. By the end, you’ll leave with a completed vision board, clear intentions for the year ahead, and a grounded sense of calm and direction.

As we move into this day of gratitude, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
