Here are a few tips to protect your back while shoveling!

❄️Lift lighter loads of snow and choose a shovel where the handle is not too short to avoid bending.

❄️ Avoid twisting motions. Face the direction you want to unload the snow.

❄️ Take Breaks! Take periodic rests and perform back extensions(place your hands on your hips and bend slightly backward) to take a break from forward bending.

I think it is safe to say, here in NWI that we are expected to get 0-99 inches!🤣🤣🤣

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday! This week, we are also open on SATURDAY! ‼️‼️

Call☎️ to schedule an appointment with Dr. Meiss, this Saturday, November 15th! He has hours from 9-12, but these spots fill up quickly!

Our pumpkin contest has come to an end! We had so much fun with these masterpieces and we loved seeing all of your reactions, hearing your comments and having you vote! ✅️

For our contest this year, we had each employee draw a name of another employee and create a pumpkin based on that person!🎃

🍁Our first place winner, was Alyssa with her Angie pumpkin!

🍁Our second place winner was Roberta with her Dr.Lynch pumpkin!

🍁 Our third place winner was Dr. Bobier with his Roberta pumpkin!

This was such a fun and creative way to display our skills🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for participating and for helping our staff with bragging rights! Sounds like Alyssa should share her winnings with Angie🤣
