Dear Valued Patients, Friends, and Extended Chiropractic Family:
After 34 years of chiropractic practice, countless adjustments and more, "How did you do that?" moments than I can count, the time has come for me to make a meaningful transition.
Effective DECEMBER 30, 2025, I will be retiring from human chiropractic practice. Before rumors start-- no, my hands still work, my tables aren't haunted and chiropractic still "works". This decision simply marks the natural next chapter of a profession I have loved deeply.
That being said, I'm not hanging up the adjusting hands entirely. I will be semi-retiring and shifting my focus exclusively to Animal Chiropractic. Turns out horses, dogs and livestock complain less, follow instructions better, and never ask how many visits insurance will cover. It's a win-win.
I'm also pleased to share that the practice will be transitioning to new ownership under Dr.Emmett Meiss. Dr. Meiss is an excellent chiropractor, a person of integrity, and someone I trust wholeheartedly to continue the level of care you've come to expect. You are in very capable hands-- just not these hands anymore.
Serving you for over three decades has been one of the great honors of my life. I am profoundly grateful for your trust, loyalty, referrals, kindness and friendship. You've allowed me into your lives during moments of pain, recovery, growth and healing-- and that is something I will never take lightly.
Thank you for making this practice more than just a place of work. As I step into this next season( where my patients have four legs and occasionally drool), I do so with gratitude, joy, and complete confidence in the future of this clinic.
With heartfelt thanks and a well-adjusted sense of humor,
Dr. Mark Dobson, CCSP, Certified Animal Chiropractor.
