Graco has issued a voluntary recall for select SnugRide Turn & Slide models made Jan–Mar 2026 due to a structural issue found in post‑production testing.

This does NOT affect the EasyTurn, Turn2Me, and all other SnugRide models.

Model numbers affected:

If your model number is listed, stop using the seat with the base immediately. The carrier can still be used without the base while you wait for your free replacement.

Turn2Me Brighton

*If you are registering a base-only product (model 2231810), you will receive SnugRide SnugFit base (2120612) only. Base-only registrations are not eligible for full car seat replacement options.

All colors and manufactured dates of the Evenflo Revolve360 Slim with NO yellow release tool.

🚨The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam.

🚨 Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.

📝 Evenflo will mail owners additional tape seal and installation instructions, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 31, 2025. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

‼️ Revolve360Slim with manufacturer number beginning in CS WITH yellow tool (original or extend) are NOT affected.
