Ummmm NO IT IS NOT NORMAL.. NOT AT ALL NORMAL!!
And besides, it’s GROSS!
I’m going to pose some REAL TMI talk regarding your bathroom habits ... yes, I’m talking p**p 💩with you because MOST people DO NOT realize how important it is to be regular daily!! 🧐

The medical term for that is called impaction…Non-clinical terms — that is f***s that is so far backed up in her colon and beyond 😳. If I were a plumber I’d say “you’re really backed up”
There are A LOT of things that cause sluggish bowels and set off the vicious cycle of constipation.
Poor bowel motility is associated with low thyroid function, nutritional deficiencies, lack of fiber, dehydration to name a few.
Why does it matter you ask?
Well for starters if you’re not p**ping ☀️DAILY (men or women. Adult or child) then your body cannot waste or eliminate toxic estrogens it doesn’t need. Bad guy estrogens. The kind that cause really bad stuff. 😬
It is also possible to become septic when you go too long without a bowel movement. Sepsis is when your blood becomes infected and it can be deadly. Secondly, having your p**p sit in your colon for weeks on end causes little pin sized holes to develop in your intestines called Leaky Gut and whatever waste that is sitting (festering really) in your gut WILL leak out back into your body!!!! 🤢
And this cause so many problems through your ENTIRE BODY… like inflammation of the joints, autoimmune diseases, brain 🧠 fog, chronic headaches even migraines, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and the list goes on and on and on!!!
So discussing your 💩 habits, while uncomfortable and awkward, is actually quite serious.
You should be eliminating through bowel movements AT LEAST 1x daily. MINIMUM. And if you’re not .... know there are absolutely NATURAL and safe ways to get things “moving” again.
