My entire life it seemed as if the universe was gently nudging me in the direction of yoga. So as I got older and began to discover yoga I was intrigued to find something that fit me so perfectly. A yoga practice offers a way to take care of the body, keep the mind calm and at ease, provide subtle life lessons, and introduce one to a spiritual connection to their own divine self. My yoga practice has been largely self-taught, while using all available resources I have at hand. Learning in this way helps me to offer well balanced yoga classes that cater to the needs of individuals from all walks of life. It's not just about going deep into the poses but going deep inside yourself to let your authentic light shine. I feel honored to be able to share something I am so passionate about. My ultimate goal as a yoga teacher is to simply bring more peace and happiness into my students lives.

Starting the new year on the mat as a student felt like the perfect way to begin — a chance to reconnect. Yoga always reminds me to check in with my breath, my body, and my mind, and to notice how all of it moves together. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with myself, with my intentions, and with the practice that grounds me.

I’m especially grateful to step into this space at Lin and Randy have created such a welcoming, supportive environment that it’s easy to feel at home, even on a first visit. The energy of the room, the care in their teaching, and the warmth of the community all make it a space where connection — to self, to sadhana, and to sangha — comes naturally.

Being here reminded me of why we keep coming back to the mat: to reconnect with our breath, our bodies, our minds, and with each other.

This is the last week of my first round of group yoga therapy, and I’m feeling so deeply grateful.

Thank you to everyone who has supported these sessions and helped me ease into this new way of teaching. Holding space in this format over the last 12 weeks has been such an honor, and I’ve truly loved witnessing the growth, resilience, and self-awareness that has unfolded.

✨ Final sessions this round:
• Better Sleep — tonight at 8pm EST
• Managing Stress — Tuesday at 8am EST

After this week, my group yoga therapy offerings will shift to new themes:
• Yoga Therapy for Depression — Wednesdays at 11am EST
• Yoga Therapy for ADHD — Wednesdays at 2pm EST

I would love to have you join me for these upcoming sessions 🤍

Asking for prayers and support 🤍
I’ve been battling the flu this past week, but even harder has been navigating the emotions of not getting to see my loved ones for the holidays. Feeling a bit worn down and tender. Thank you for holding me in your thoughts.

Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out, checked in, and offered patience and understanding with my schedule this week 🤍 It has meant more than I can say.

I’m feeling so much better than I did on Tuesday, but I’m still dealing with a lingering cough and needing to be mindful of my voice. Because of that, I’m going to cancel this Saturday’s 9am Zoom Yoga to give myself a little more time to rest and recover.

My hope is to be able to host our Winter Solstice Zoom Yoga on Sunday as planned, but I also want to share that if my cough is still persistent, I may need to make a last-minute call for the sake of my health and your experience.

Thank you again for your kindness, flexibility, and care — I truly appreciate this community so much 💛
