For the last 3 years I've been studying Parkinson's Disease.
I've worked with people from all walks of life, from 29 to 80, working, retired, rich, poor, kids, no kids, single, married.
The disease affects everyone differently, yet there are also very predictable symptoms that everyone has.
I've been studying, researching, and practicing the effects of using ketosis and autophagy to rebuild body composition in PWPs.
This is a strategy that has been 99% ignored in the year 2026, society is thoroughly glucose addicted, and yes vegetables are also glucose fuel.
The difficulty is it's a complex repair job.
As a professional practitioner who works on PD cases with people over 60hrs per week, I hope you believe me when I report that glucose diets advance the symptoms and ketosis diets offer the best hope.
It's a difficult journey for people. 99% of Americans with PD have been eating 99% of their days on glucose.
I've figured out the schedule and nutritional frequencies that each person responds optimally from, through practise.
I've also figured out the exercise methodologies that correspond best for composition and performance gains.
On that topic, I believe I am best in the world.
I could forward 20 of the most successful students with PD who are doing the Genesis Program for Parkinson's Disease and they would be some of the fittest people with PD you have ever seen.
