One of our favorite features of great Italian restaurants is the Amaro Cart. Rolling up to your table after a fabulous meal to offer one last temptation to cap the night, a bevy of unique herbal concoctions to settle the stomach and reinvigorate an inquisitive palate. And now we find ourselves living the dream of having our own version of the Amaro Cart, with over a dozen examples of digestivi from all over Italy! Rumbling through the dining room of Colorado. Call the cart over to your table, pick a few to try, and reawaken your palate and its delight in the flavors of the Italian wilds!
