My birthday trip hit both President's Weekend and in Palm Springs making for some excitement. The views for daily breakfast and sunrise brought to me by famous architects Albert Frey and John Porter Clark. This was my first visit to my mother's Coldwell Banker building 6@Via Lola. The apartments above with location and scenery were quite the gift. Being in a historic building for a historic event (my birthday of course haha) was a great adventure. 💖💖💖 So grateful to this time with my mom and my furbaby sis, Bella❣️🐶

Today the snow's melted so I made myself a plunge. Today's inspiration was on 【Ｓａｒａｈ】🥩🧘‍♀️🥩] vlog and they spoke of deliberate cold therapy and it eliminating symptoms of autoimmune disease such as Hashimotos. Since I have Hashimotos and Ehlers-Danlos these benefits are worth it. Please check them out on YouTube.
The feeling of warmth that happens once submerged up to my chin is phenomenally counterintuitive. The surge of glee, love and awe that follows can only be experienced to understand. I lasted 4 minutes and 22 seconds when the shiver response took over. Using powerstance to end my session. I was warmer than I could have ever imagined. Absolutely 1000% worth my initial freakout to the cold.
This plunge was 10° colder than my last one. I end my showers with cold but the coldest that ever gets is maybe 53°. Today, my longest plunge so far at 45°. Next time, I'll need a bag of ice to get to 35°.
Full transparency, since the summer menopause has been kicking my ass. Helpful info is sparse. It's been time to take on some extreme measures to take my power back. I hope sharing my journey can help others like a handful of women here have helped me. I am so grateful to the courage and power and knowledge shared by the exquisite women here who've inspired me to take on these amazing experiences 【Ｓａｒａｈ】🥩🧘‍♀️🥩]
