The change in seasons can bring an opportunity to reconnect and recenter in the here and now. What changes are happening beneath our feet and right out of our windows? The first signs of Spring can bring hope and relief, but if you’re grieving it may be harder to find.

If your loss is very fresh (or feels like it is), these ideas might not speak to you. That’s okay! Not everything will sit with you well, especially not at every moment in your grief.
