I love the healing properties of Crystal Sound Bowls!
I like to incorporate into my yoga classes to deepen the meditative state during savasana. I also love dedicating a whole class to dive deeper into the benefits of Sound Therapy. My next offering is coming up! Sunday 6pm 1/7/24 .fitness I will be hosting a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing. I hope to see you there!

ATTENTION ALL ADVENTURE SEEKERS! I am so honored to announce we will be offering another trip to Kaua'i this January 2024! This offering is so much more than words can describe! This retreat is held on a beautiful private plot of land on the North Shore of Kaua'i. Enjoy activities and excursions such as yoga, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, swimming, sight seeing, and so much more! All meals are created by a local chef and made with food from the island. Goodbyes are tough so we leave this as a SEE YOU SOON! Tory you are incredible 👏 this next chapter is going to be epic and I can't wait to watch it unfold! Turn the pages slowly and enjoy the ebbs and flows of this next adventure. You are equipped with lots of strength and self love! All the things required for this change! When world's collide! Yoga meets gym and gym meets yoga this week at
This Thursday I was blessed to teach some of the work out crew and trainers here at Alpine through some yoga. They did a fantastic job trading the weights for the mat!
And this morning , and myself stepped into some new territory as well! Friday morning 7am Summit Performance lead by Adham himself and the incredible ! We had such a blast!
