Please support our friend Calvin Barnard who is fighting stage four - Calvin is a U.S. Marine who was decorated for valor in combat. He also received an award for his contract work with Defense Intelligence Agency related to counter-IED warfare. Calvin is the real deal and has held the line for you many times to ensure your freedom and safety. His insurance has left him with a 20% financial gap that we are trying to fill. Until recently his biological and military brothers have been providing his home health and personal care and now we need to bring in additional resources. Shout out to our motivated hypothermia patients aka ICEMAN from and .elevated - excellent work from everyone warming these patients up quickly! Remember, with , judgement is the first thing to go. Get those patients warm and dry, them and feed them fast burning sugars - glucose and fructose. Then put them in a hypothermia wrap that you’ve had a warm person exercising in. Never put two people in a hypo wrap at the same time or you’ll end up with two cold patients with impaired judgement.

Now and know who the Lion is in ... and that he spends his off time learning how to save lives in the backcountry. You should support him and the good work that he is doing on and off stage!

Yeah, yeah, yeah... We hear all those other programs squawking on social, but this is how real WFRs train in on a beautiful day in late May.

If you want to learn how to do a silly little dance in the cold, train with another program. If you want to learn how to save lives in fluid emergency situations, please come see our instructors ⛑

was executing a supported search when I met them in Virginia yesterday. Compliments to the responders on their organization and communication. I didn’t find the subject but I did find this... which I think is a young black bear with sarcoptic mange but you tell me!
