I just asked her, where are you out of integrity..

She said, WHOA. I gotta be honest with you, I am. 👀
and then told me her REAL story.

What was really aggravating her gut and deep down she knew it, AND she thanked me for supporting her having a space to say it.
To bring it to the forefront to process it and create change

Im not saying that parasites don’t just come and go- THEY DO and they are a problem and need to be dealt with (in a nourishing way not a freaking war - but that’s another post)

I am saying that the integrity of the gut, the terrain is a major line of defense on how much damage the parasite does
There are so many factors to this - Energetically, Mentally, and of course Physically

Leaky is Leaky
I know this so well, I have autoimmune against my GUT LINING, so integrity is everything -it’s one of the main reasons I do what I do

This was the body, the intrinsic factor (intrinsic value system) communicating - pay attention to me please and thank you

The power of the energy BEHIND the words
Who, What, Why, When, Will

Statements like
When I _____ this will ____

VS

I AM ___ who will____

We know this. This is just a reminder because it’s coming up a lot with the new year. The patterns, the loops, the actions
That I see connected over and over, year after year with all of us.

The main difference here is connecting the energetics of the word WHEN

A nudge to flip the script on WHEN from a Quantum timeline of all possibilities perspective....

We also know now that all possibilities & timelines are available, and we can now remember from the “future” not just the past

So its more important than ever with this knowledge that we master our present and choose the MATTER that gets created

The WHY (the aligned purpose, desire, the energy)
The WHO (I AM, the embodiment)
The WHEN (The timeline I’m acting from)
The WILL (The aligned action)

Small steps or actions in all of these made in the present moment will support the shifts and create the MATTER from an energetic & mindset (conscious vs subconscious - new patterns) that then CREATES Matter on a physical level / reality into form

After decades of helping people with their energetic, mental and physical health. Supporting the nervous system into an alignment system and now working with people on their ability to expand their capacity for expansion & growth

This is one of the most foundational things that I see that needs to be adjusted first.

I feel like I’m literally time traveling. I’m currently in Australia, living a full day ahead, under a different sky, with different stars shining above me.

It’s a feeling that I can’t quite put into words. Everything is familiar yet new, and there’s this deep sense that time itself doesn’t operate in the way we think it does.

I’m looking up at a sky that’s different, feeling like I’m living in the future, while I’m grounded in the present. There’s this knowing, a dimensional shift that everything is connected.

This is a dimensional perspective. We talk a lot about aligning our energies with our highest potential, but how often do we actually step back and look at how the past, present, and future can coexist? How often do we shift our perspective to see that we can experience multiple timelines at once, and still feel at home?

Right now, I’m feeling the power of this dimensional expansion within myself. It’s a reminder that we are always in the process of stepping into higher versions of ourselves, no matter where we are or what time it is.

Everything that’s unfolding in my life right now feels so clear, it’s like I’m seeing it all at once, like I’m stepping through time and realizing that everything I need is already here. The future me is already in alignment with my present self.

And this brings me to you. I want to invite you to consider what it would feel like if you could bridge these dimensions in your own life—the 3D world we live in, and the 5D expansiveness that is calling you. If you could experience the sense of time collapsing, where your past lessons and future potential blend together to support your present power—how different would that feel?

This past week, I lost a dear friend. And it made me think—how often do we focus on the cracks in ourselves instead of the full spectrum of who we really are?

What if you’ve been looking at yourself through the wrong mirror? (Whoa, slide 2 what are you even seeing?)

🪩 Every version of you already exists.
🪩 But the reflection you focus on shapes your reality.

I know this isn't easy, honestly it's not meant to be. You need the lessons to grow, the pressure to become the diamond. Drop the labels, shift into authenticity, feel ALL of the feels, note that you have a full spectrum of emotions, energy, frequencies, mirrored tiles, reflections available to you.
