Expansion IS A METABOLIC Event, not just a growth mindset💥

Because you don’t only *consume* food

You consume your ENVIRONMENT
The people, rooms, content, conversations, pressure, praise, timelines, chaos, stillness

And your system has one job:
absorb → metabolize → utilize → eliminate.

That’s cellular energetics
⚡️ ATP = energetic currency💸
And it’s also quantum energetics (your state & your signal)

So if you’re calling in more clients/money/visibility but you’re not processing what’s coming in?

PST….If your business is expanding but your body isn’t… you’re leaking energy.

You simply cant DIGEST it all without taking a 💩!

What comes in must at some point come out - energetically, mentally, physically

You can’t keep consuming without creating , just like you cant just inhale without exhaling

If you dont follow The law of Gender or The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy you will get backed up, your energy will stagnate, slow down and you will hit LOW POWER MODE (see my last reel) and most likely you will look for external reasons that something is wrong with your body

Times are intense right now…. A lot of consumption is going on just to stay informed and that collective consciousness is HEAVY and all information that comes in must be DIGESTED

This a reminder to take care of yourself, clean up your energetic and digestive Hygiene

Give your time & space to digest energetically, mentally and physically

Most of all, allow time to release, and one of the best ways to do this is to plan - yes PLAN time in your day to create, to express yourself, to move and 💩(in all ways)

I promise you this will support you and the collective because you make a difference AND we need to feel YOUR energy of creation in the field and the only way for us all to do that is for you to get into momentum - to create more than consume

Brightness fades
Background apps pause
The Performance lags
Your body does the same thing.

Chronic stress & inflammation (internal & external) depletes minerals.

Minerals influence your voltage ⚡️electrical charge.
Charge determines energy production.

Same DNA.
Different charge.
When energy is scarce, the body prioritizes IT and slows down

When charge rises, expansion becomes available.

Protect your battery.

The raw code. The blueprint. The possibility.

This is where you start becoming dangerous (in the best way).
Sleep.
Stress.
Light exposure.
Minerals.

Emotional patterns.

Your cells run on electrical charge.

Expansion & Capacity is about shifting your nervous system into an alignment system

To expand & attract more you don’t have to just “hold” more, you really need a system that can “digest” more

I just asked her, where are you out of integrity..

She said, WHOA. I gotta be honest with you, I am. 👀
and then told me her REAL story.

What was really aggravating her gut and deep down she knew it, AND she thanked me for supporting her having a space to say it.
To bring it to the forefront to process it and create change

Im not saying that parasites don’t just come and go- THEY DO and they are a problem and need to be dealt with (in a nourishing way not a freaking war - but that’s another post)

I am saying that the integrity of the gut, the terrain is a major line of defense on how much damage the parasite does
There are so many factors to this - Energetically, Mentally, and of course Physically

Leaky is Leaky
I know this so well, I have autoimmune against my GUT LINING, so integrity is everything -it’s one of the main reasons I do what I do

The power of the energy BEHIND the words
Who, What, Why, When, Will

Statements like
When I _____ this will ____

VS

I AM ___ who will____

We know this. This is just a reminder because it’s coming up a lot with the new year. The patterns, the loops, the actions
That I see connected over and over, year after year with all of us.

The main difference here is connecting the energetics of the word WHEN

A nudge to flip the script on WHEN from a Quantum timeline of all possibilities perspective....

We also know now that all possibilities & timelines are available, and we can now remember from the “future” not just the past

So its more important than ever with this knowledge that we master our present and choose the MATTER that gets created

The WHY (the aligned purpose, desire, the energy)
The WHO (I AM, the embodiment)
The WHEN (The timeline I’m acting from)
The WILL (The aligned action)

Small steps or actions in all of these made in the present moment will support the shifts and create the MATTER from an energetic & mindset (conscious vs subconscious - new patterns) that then CREATES Matter on a physical level / reality into form

After decades of helping people with their energetic, mental and physical health. Supporting the nervous system into an alignment system and now working with people on their ability to expand their capacity for expansion & growth

This is one of the most foundational things that I see that needs to be adjusted first.

Your relationship to presence, matter
