The MyoGrip IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) tool was designed with the patient and the provider in mind. Physical therapists and practitioners of manual therapy commonly complain of thumb pain, particularly pain at the first metacarpalphalageal (MCP) joint and carpometacarpal (CMC) joints. The MyoGrip tool exists to reduce stress on the hands of the user while providing superior quality IASTM for the patient. Most soft tissue tools are flat and one dimensional making them hard to grip, difficult to use and stressful on the hands of the user. The MyoGrip tool allows for ease of use by providing a one size fits all ergonomic handle with individual finger holds and thumb rest reducing stress on the fingers and the wrist.

MyoGrip is a great aid in Achilles tendon recovery. Check out ‘s post with his client.

I wanted to show a little case study I'm working on lately.

This individual came into Denver Sports Recovery wondering if there was any therapy that could address an Achilles rupture last April 19.
His main complaints were EXTREME temperature fluctuations in his foot, either fire hot, or ice cold.

I didn't guarantee anything, but I was confident I could improve his 1. Strength and 2. Fascial Health, which might improve the nerve issues!

I use as my preferred soft tissue instrument to address dense fascia and promote new blood into the area.. We have completed 2 sessions, so I'm hope to have some positive updates in the future. .
