So I decided to wear a pair of heels to my company Christmas party.
They were only 3 inchers. A kitten heel, as they're called.

When I tried them on at Macys and strolled around the shoe department, my hips or knees didn't hurt. Plus they were gold and sparkly and had a bow. ( bonus: I got "OMG! Those are so cute!" by two other shoppers).
I was so proud to have a pair of heels to go with my velvet green gown.
The night was going easy peasy lemon squeezy.

That is until I hit the dance floor and about 6 songs in, I thought it'd be a good idea to do little mini bouncing, nothing crazy. Just a little extra spring in my step to The Black Eyed Peas.
Bounce #1-good! Bounce #2 -good! Bounce #3-knee goes boom!
Arghhhhh!!!!
I tried to dance barefoot to continue the dancing fun, but I maybe lasted two more songs.
That next week was brutal. I was limping and doing my best to baby my poor left knee. Luckily, it was on the medial (inside) of my knee cap. And I kept reassuring myself I'd be ok in time.
But despite icing, massaging, MLD, I wasn't seeing any changes.
To the frequencies I go!
I began using my tuning forks and Tibetan bowl directly on my knee. I also have a vibration plate. The use of frequency and vibration were my saving grace. I thought I may have knee pain for good. Or worse, need surgery. Its been a month, and I'm feeling pain free! I even had a lively dance party in my kitchen yesterday! Woop! Woop!

If you've tried all the things and are still experiencing pain, think about having a sound bath. I use the tuning forks and bowls directly on those area (or get really close) to help move the blocked energy, thus helping the pain move through your physical body.

There are always nefarious energies looming, but lately they are heightened.
As more of the Epstein files get released, so do these lower frequencies en masse. I highly recommend to NOT read them and keep your interactions with the images coming in extremely brief.
I put a protective shield around myself during meditation every morning, and if you've ever had a reading with me, many times a shield is presented then, too.

Here is a meditation you can use throughout the day to keep these energies at bay. Always begin with an invocation to call in only those energies that are there for your highest good. It's so important to be intentional with this, and even better if you know who is coming in to assist. If you are unsure of the energy that's coming in, just ask. (ask all the questions!) Always and especially now, we want to be very picky about the energies we are letting into our space.

Shield Invocation + Meditation

Get yourself in a comfortable position.

Invocation: I ask for guidance from the universal spirit creator, my angels and my spirit guides to move from soul to subconscious from subconscious to conscious being to higher self.
I request protected conduit from the realm of the highest good, aligned only to light, so that I may raise my vibration for the good of all beings, to step back and truly see and be.
I do request 100% connection to source and 100% gold cord connection to heart chakra.
In gratitude, humility, grace and love.
So mote it be.

Envision yourself seated or standing, with you spine straight and chin slightly tucked. Use a protection crystal like, black tourmaline, (blocks bad vibes), amethyst (protects from harm), selenite (cleanses the aura), or obsidian (absorbs negativity).
See the crystal begin to form at the base of your feet or body in the form of a diamond, beginning from the ground going up to your head, Then see that same crystal forming from the top of your head to your feet, in a diamond shape ( as above, so below) See it as a 3D image all around you.

I see my crystal shields as "see through" even if the crystal is opaque, but do what feels right for you.

I begin my day with this. Then I can envision the shield through the day when needed.

May you feel protected, sovereign and love all around you.
