Family are we using sea moss seasoning to give us the 92 minerals it has or ?!?!?

One question 👇🏽

If Sea Moss has 92 minerals…

Why would you limit it to ONE way of consuming it?

👀 Not just smoothies
👀 Not just spoons
👀 Not just jars in the fridge

This seasoning turns every meal into an opportunity to mineralize.

That’s intentional wellness. Go to www.auntievegan.com

✨ Add it. Taste it. Feel the difference. YOU NEED IT

BOOKER T. WHATLEY

Booker T. Whatley responded to the lack of government assistance for Black farmers and developed the idea of clientele membership clubs in the 1960s. His goal was to find a new way to support Black farmers and communities. This idea is similar to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), in which community members pledge support to a farm before the growing season to cover production costs. In exchange, they receive a weekly share of the farm’s produce. Whatley is credited with spreading CSAs in the United States. He shared agricultural resources in his book How To Make $100,000 Farming 25 Acres (1987). This book presents practices for economic success, as well as for soil regeneration and sustainability.

What’s up, family! 🌿✨
Y’all, I had to hop on here real quick and talk about one of the most underrated staples in my apothecary: Self-Heal (also known as Prunella vulgaris).
If the name didn’t already give it away, this little herb is a literal "heal-all." It’s been used for centuries in traditional medicine, especially in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) where it’s known as Xia Ku Cao. But don't let the fancy names fool you—this is a powerhouse plant for the everyday person!
Here’s why I always keep a bag of this in the cabinet:
• The Ultimate Cool-Down: In herbalism, we talk a lot about "clearing heat." If you’re feeling inflamed, bogged down, or just physically "hot," Self-Heal is like a refreshing breeze for your internal system.
• Lymphatic Love: It’s amazing for supporting your lymphatic system. It helps move out the junk so your body can do what it does best—thrive.
• Immune Support: It’s packed with tannins and vitamins that help keep your defenses up.
• Skin & Wellness: From topical salves to a simple tea, it’s been traditionally used to help the body knit itself back together.

How I use it: I love brewing the whole flowers into a mild, earthy tea. It’s gentle, grounded, and does exactly what it says on the bag. ☕️
Nature really provided everything we need, we just have to get back to the roots! Have you ever tried Self-Heal? Let’s chat in the comments! 👇🏾💚
