I know that a lot of times our mind(set) gets in the way and creates excuses as to why we shouldn't even try something...

But think about your situtation for a second. Are you happy were you are? If not, then just imagine what other positive possibilites are out there for you. If only...

you START making some effort to move towards that. That's all it takes. Some effort, no matter how small...

Effort is what ignites your ability and turns it into an accomplishment...

So stop doubting yourself and/or letting your mindset guide your life. And rember you are in charge of your destiny.

IG 'influencer' tips vs science/lasting results...This is my holistic approach to fat loss..

First off the reason I mentioned to eat in a "slight calorie deficit" is because too many people cut out way to many calories when trying to lose fat. This inturn cause stresses on your hormones which then stalls fat loss...

Eat at a slight deficit 100-200 calories then when you add the correct type of weight training that will become your true calorie deficit. (For example in my training I average 500+ calories burned per workout.)

Next...

Happy healthy hormones = happy healthy body. And this supports your fat loss efforts.
Ways to keep your hormones happy:
Don't overtrain, avoid the items listed on the left of the image, get enough sleep, eat enough food, take adaptogen herbs regulary...

Next...

Lifitng moderate to heavy weights will increase your muslce mass and will allow you to recompositon your body so that even though you might not lose pounds on the scale, you will shed fat while achieving a smaller and tighter body. Changing the way you look...

Next make sure you sleep enough. Fck team no sleep. Your body especially your hormones need optimum sleep to function properly. 7 - 9 hours of sleep a night. Start a night time ritual to create good sleeping habits...

Repeat these steps with consistency and within a month you'll see your body start transforming...
