Killer all trimesters and postpartum safe full body circuit workout— all you need is a dumbbell (baby bump or toddler) and 30 mins😉
🔥circuit 1: Lower Body Burst, repeat X3
40 secs on and 20 off
1. Front loaded goblet squats
2. Box shuffles weighted
3. Hip shift with abduction, both sides
4. Modified jacks with oblique bends
🩷Circuit 2: Upper extremities burst
40 secs on, 20 secs off
1. Hammer curls
2. Overhead triceps
3. Bent over rows
4. Shoulder tap push ups
😍Circuit 3: Core Burst
1. Side plank modified with core control and adduction, both sides
2. Modified dead bugs with isometric hold
3. Bird dog holds, both sides
4. Standing single leg draw ins
PS you can make this longer with 90 seconds on and 30 seconds off. I did a class this week and they do 90 seconds work times as these are usually the duration of your longest and most challenging contractions. Found this so amazing and inspiring👏
