HI 👋🏻

My name is Sydney and I have a passion for empowering woman to feel confident and joyful in their bodies through movement & fitness đź’—

For YEARS, I abused movement. I would run miles & miles as a way to not gain any weight. As a way to punish my body for eating too much. As a way to cope with situations in life I felt I didn’t have control of. It was all I ever thought about. It took over my life.

Putting in the work, I can proudly say my relationship with movement, food, and myself has never been better🥹

Knowing what it is like to be in a never ending cycle of abusing movement, negative self-talk, and not showing any love to my body, I now help woman find their confidence ✨ Everyone’s got it, sometimes you just have to ask for support to fully let it out.

I CAN’T wait to work with you in finding that confidence & joy.

Creating new habits can be challenging ~ understand ways you can set yourself for success 🤝🏻

✨Lay out your clothes the night before. Take one less thing off your to do’s when you wake up

✨Have a plan!! Whether this be going to a class, following a program from a coach, having your own program. Have👏🏼 a 👏🏼plan👏🏼

✨Start small - if you currently workout 1x/ week and now have the goal of wanting to workout 6x/week, add another day in slowly. If you full throttle from 1 to 6 days, this more than likely will cause burnout, and not create a sustainable habit change

✨Get enough sleep!! Your body needs rest to function. Practice going to sleep/waking up at the same time each day and night

✨Get a habit tracker -having some form of accountability to track the progress you make is encouraging!
