If rest hasn’t resolved your exhaustion, the issue may not be workload.
It may be survival.
Many high-achieving women operate in patterns formed years ago:
• over-responsibility
• hyper-vigilance
• emotional load
• pressure to hold everything together
These patterns are intelligent adaptations. They once served a purpose.
But over time, they can lead to depletion, resentment, and self-abandonment.
Awareness is the beginning of change.
Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about what shifting out of survival mode looks like — especially for women here in Denver who are ready for something different.
