It was brisk for a brisk walk as we kick off and start our new exercise group range low to high for all different folks. Today was blessed as some of our residents reached 5,000 steps and felt so accomplished and proud of themselves and some chose to follow up the walk with some light weights to build strength.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY

Meet Bri, Community Sales Director (316-295-7546)

Bri joined the Glen Carr House Family last fall. She comes to us with 20 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked in radiology focusing on PACS systems and Breast Care. And spent the last 15 years in Senior Care either her specialty being Post-Acute Care.

Bri is widowed and has one daughter, Mattea, who is 21 and in college studying Anthropology. At home, she enjoys cooking for dog Covid, a 13 year husky. She enjoys sneaking out to the pasture to spend time with her pet longhorn steer, Tex. 🐄
