Come join Linda 6pm for a MELLOW Yin yoga practice tonight at Live Free Yoga. She'll guide you through a small number of thoughtfully curated Yin poses, each held anywhere from 2- 5 min. A small amount of set-up, and then, yes, all you have to do is BREATHE. Let your body do it's thing-it knows what to do!!

So excited for Shivani to join us!! Many of us know her from YogaBalance and a number of other places. She is such a lovely person, and a wonderful wealth of knowledge! And fun fact-she is related to Lori of Tom and Chickpea and also taught in the space there! Full circle❤️

Shivani has a workshop coming up on 3/22 at 10 am: Inhabiting a Balanced Body.

She will be teaching her own class, Functional Hatha, Mondays at 4:30pm, starting May 11th.
