Come join us this weekend for a fun Ayurveda informational class with some gentle movement! Vicki Garino, an Ayurdvedic health counselor, will explain basics like the elements, the doshas, and your consitution in a way that is easy to understand. This is an ancient practice (and sister science to yoga!) that teaches one how to eat and live so that the body stays in balance. So that the body stays HEALTHY!!
Vicki will explain the elements and doshas of Spring and how to live well in this season: the foods, the movements, and daily practices.
At the end there will be some self-massage with oils. Each person attending will also receive a tongue scraper to take home (don't know what this is, come find out!)
There is so much to learn!!
