Gay Organization of Associated Law Enforcement in the North East To provide an understanding environment in which GLBT members can support one another. To foster pride and promote visibility in the GLBT community at large.

To improve the conditions under which GLBT criminal justice professionals,fire fighters & publicly employed emergency medical technians work. To assist agencies dealing with the GLBT community by providing information, training and expertise. To promote fellowship amount members and to provide resources for the exchange of information. To plan and provide social activities and programs for the benefit of GOAL New England and the members.
