These last few weeks have been wild and anything but expected. How do you find balance when everything seems like chaos?

Between all the juggling of family life, work, after school activities and a new business, our physical health took a seat on the back burner. It always seems to be the least of our worries during seasons of change. Anyone else?

To be honest, this is maybe the 2nd day in the last week that I’ve took half a minute to intentionally move my body! It felt so good and now I’m left wondering yet again why I always do this 😅

We all have choices when we wake up in the morning. Finding balance in your day is 100% a choice (and maybe a mindset shift too)!

So I challenge you to find at least 10 minutes today to do something purposeful for your self. You can spare 10 minutes out of 24 hours and I can guarantee that you’ll be happy you did!
