I refuse to spend my whole Sunday meal prepping food I don’t even get to eat yet. 😩
But what I can get behind? 👉 Meal batching.
Here’s the game plan:
1️⃣ Find a recipe you actually love (bonus if it’s high in fiber, protein & flavor).
2️⃣ Double or triple it.
3️⃣ Use leftovers for easy lunches or dinners.
4️⃣ Do dishes once. 🙌
While I’m already making a mess in the kitchen, I’ll batch a few other things—like these Ninja Creamis for the week. 🍦
Dinner + 3 lunches = done in an hour. Tomorrow, Derrick’s on deck. 😏
