Happy from the Orchard Place team! Emojis are a fun way to express our emotions and reactions.

Here at Orchard Place, we often check in with each other by asking, "How are you feeling today?" Trauma separates us from our feelings and can also amplify intense feelings, so this question helps us identify what we are feeling, and to be okay with having all kinds of feelings.

Share your current feelings with us! Drop an emoji in the comments section! 🌞
