Today, I rest in peace.
Tomorrow, I walk in abundance.
I am safe to enjoy both.

A lot of us say we want peace and abundance… but deep down, our nervous system isn’t sure it’s safe to have either.

Peace can feel suspicious:
“If I relax, something bad might happen.”
“If I’m not grinding, I’m falling behind.”

Abundance can feel threatening:
“If I have more, people will expect more.”
“If things are going too well, the other shoe is about to drop.”

This affirmation is my reminder that:
✨ I’m not in trouble for resting.
✨ I’m not in danger because I’m blessed.

I was raised in a world where rest had to be earned and success came with a side of guilt. So even something as simple as sitting on my chaise, watching the parade with a fancy little drink, can poke at old beliefs that whisper, “You should be doing more.”

But today, I choose different.

Today, I rest in peace.
My shoulders drop. My breath softens. My spirit exhales. I let myself enjoy this moment without apologizing for it.

Tomorrow, I walk in abundance.
I welcome more—more money, more opportunities, more love, more pleasure, more support. I trust that what’s for me will not miss me.

I made a decision to treat my body, mind and spirit better so that I can receive all blessings that are for me. I have been juicing for 21 days straight. I learned so much throughout the process.
