Focus on healthy eating, being more active and getting more water in your diet. We’ll get out once a month for activity and track progress. You can do it through support and accountability by attending meetings, one to one support, or online!

All of the online advertising promising weight loss or improving your health sounds awesome, right?! We can eat what we like and drink whatever we want. Somehow we are missing our truth. We have to do the work to eat and drink right, more nutritious foods and drink more water. Limit the processed foods, lower fats, and cut back sugary drinks are just some of the ways to eat better. Sound easy to you? I know it’s not, it’s difficult, and I can help support you with that.

Join a meeting in Perham or Detroit Lakes to get started. You can try the “other stuff” or get the real support for lifelong change! ❤️

Weight loss probably isn’t on the top of your list this Christmas but losing an extra 10 lbs from the holidays isn’t either! So, stick to your normal routine, enjoy winter activities like building a snowman or snow shoeing, and enjoy family time! Remember food is only one part of your holiday celebration! Happy Holidays Everyone!
