We'll customize your program by distributing several assessments & surveys to employees based on scientific predictors to not only uncover any issues, but also likes & preferences. From there, we'll offer one-on-one private wellness consultations, group events, and activities such as teamwork competitions, cooking demos, meditation sessions, fitness classes, and much more. All supplemented with our dynamic, interactive mobile app! Our mobile app includes the ability to start company competitions, track your calories and overall nutrition info on what you eat, plus several recipes to choose from. In addition, we have all levels of workout plans, hundreds of fitness classes, and full access to an exercise library with supplemental videos showing exercise form. On the mindful side, we have immediate breathing techniques, general ways to manage/reduce stress, and mental break suggestions. Chronic inflammation quietly drives many mental and physical health struggles, from anxiety and depression to heart disease and autoimmune conditions.

The good news is that there are simple ways to calm it down, and most of them don’t cost a thing, just a little attention and intention.

Eating fewer ultra-processed foods and focusing on a whole-food diet floods your body with natural anti-inflammatory compounds. Colorful fruits and vegetables, omega-3s from fish, nuts, and seeds, spices like turmeric and ginger, and healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil all help keep inflammation in check.

Combine that with small moments of joy, self-love, rest and quality sleep, time in nature, movement, sunlight, gratitude, and mindfulness, and you’re giving your body and mind the tools to repair, recover and thrive.
