IN THE FLOW AS THEY SAY….. This is what music suppose to do. Take you to a place in your mind where you zone out.....The flow is when neurochemical of the body such as endorphin, serotonin and dopamine are release so you can experience a natural high....it where you disappear and the music comes alive to the point where there is nothing else....
