I’ve been filming some Classes for YouTube but my audio is so bad 😰 I’ve got all the fancy mics. I created foam boards to put in the room but it’s still so scratchy. Hopefully I can figure it out soon 😌 anybody got any tips?!

Back in the park! Our lockdown order has been extended but modified to allow for “solo exercise” in the park, and I could not be happier! Mental health matters too! I’m going to be researching how our mental health statistics are looking after this summer. Why is no one talking about this?

Smiling because I didn’t get a ticket this morning in the park! It’s so ridiculous here. You are allowed to go to the gym but you aren’t allowed to work out in the park. You’re allowed to meet friends at a restaurant but you may not have 1 person over to your house. Very frustrating 😷

I took this when we first went into lockdown. Back then, I would see maybe 5 other people in the park, nobody coming within 20 feet of one another. Today I walked down to Ala Moana Beach Park and the beach outside the Hale Koa and it was packed! Lots of parties. ... ps some guy on a golf cart drove by and kicked me out of this private area at the Hale Koa. ‘‘Twas nice while it lasted ✌🏼

This day I filmed myself teaching a breathing technique I’m rather fond of. This whole internet yoga teacher thing is not as easy as it looks. All my vids right now are falling flat. So I’m watching other people’s who I like and trying to figure out how to make this work. The pandemic work continues 🤔🤔🤔

I’ve been trying to put together a video on one of my favorite breathing techniques for several weeks now. Camera and video issues solved ✅ Now I’m fighting with any and every video editor and finding a way to post is even more stupidly complicated. This pandemic will probably be over the same time I figure it all out. Just trying to keep teaching! Hopefully will come together soon!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
