*$20 is the start. And the end if you want. I'll happily toss one of these in an envelope for you in return for an Andrew Jackson.
*But if you value my tiny art more than the price indicates - feel free to pay a bit more to make it feel more fair.
*if you want to wear it, let me know I'll include some kind of necklace/cord with it. The 3*3 rose would make a serious pendant and the sunflower and the landscape would work and not be "too much" (if that's the kind of thing you worry about...)

Making new for my local ...

I'm a . I have a hord of beautiful papers (many from ART Outfitters ...) and this is one way I get to share my treasure....

These books are made from paper sourced from my vast and varied collection. I choose a piece of special paper, cut it and fold the outer book.
My next step is to create "signitures" out of pastel paper or other art paper to make the folded paper that is the inside of a book. Then I sew it into the treasure book using my ancient Singer Sewing machine. I add a hand written note in each about the paper and my process.

These are really sturdy - handmade papers are thicker and more fiberous than one would think. I've carried around the same one in my bag for the past year and it is perfect for keeping little notes. And still in great condition.

Tiny is $5. Medium is $8 and the large is $12. I've made some extra large ones too... But they take far more paper. (I haven't set a price for that yet.🤷‍♀️) I'll post photos y'all can shop from before I go find local vendors...

Experimenting on an old experiment.... Only adding shadows and highlights to show waves... I'm not 100% pleased with it yet. We'll see if it gets saved or recycled into other art...

My rendition of the ... The is a patchwork of ripped paper (all rusty like). Gouache for the sky. Shadows and building edges in markers. So all the color and texture in the water tower and buildings is from the paper underneath.
