Free Community Wellness Day at Angels of Las Vegas this Saturday.
I'll be starting the day with Trauma Recovery Chair Yoga (The TRY method) followed by presentations on using clean products in your home and for self-care. Also lunch is included.

Angels of Las Vegas has been in LV for 14 years . It is a nonprofit supporting people going through cancer treatment , cancer survivors , caregivers, families affected by cancer. 💐We’ll begin by exploring Beltane, a Sabat celebrated on May 1—a beautiful seasonal threshold marking the start of summer energy, renewal, and new beginnings.

🫖Together, we’ll enjoy a special Beltane tea I will blend. While sipping on the tea, I’ll guide you through a meditation to connect with the spirits of the plants in the blend and receive any messages they may have for you.

🎶We’ll then transition into a Shamanic Drum Journey where the
steady beat of the drum will guide us as we set intentions for the coming season.

🌟There will also be time to connect—meet new friends, catch up, share events and enjoy crystals, cards, chocolates, and a nibble.
