I got called "a little freaky" today at the end of a reading with a client. Which I took as one of the best compliments. As a little girl, this is not quite what I thought I'd be doing with my life. Because you know what, it is freaky. And amazing. And fulfilling beyond measure. It is so many things to be able to do what I do, to share messages from people that have passed on to the other side, to get glimpse into the nature of reality itself, to understand consciousness in a way I never thought I could.

Yeah, I completely agree, it's freaky, and pretty damn awesome.

Spirit message for Imbolc...
“Allow the invigorating energy of spring, of new life, to resound within you. It is time for you to consider the changes you have been longing to make. Just as the earth awakens, so do you- and any desires that you have shelved. Take out your dreams, dust them off, and nurture them. It is time."

Today marks the beginning of Earth's awakening and the awakening of creative energy within you. The ground is usually still covered in snow, but beneath it are the first stirrings of life.

Spirit spoke to me today about the power of intuition, and it could not come at a more important time.

"If we could all trust in this great gift, the hidden would not be hidden. All would come to light, be seen and witnessed. Many speak of intuition as a skill, and while it can be developed as a skill is, it is an innate ability, the same as breathing. And just as breathing has been silenced over the course of humanity, so too has intuition. This is because intuition is power. It is the sovereignty of a human being. It allows each of us to hold importance and certainty. This is dangerous to systems that want to take power away from individuals. Systems who covet power for themselves. Intuition is power, plain and simple. If your inner knowing is active, you are protected. You don't simply just listen to what anyone else tells you.

Intuition threatens systems that are built upon your fear and indecision. Take power back into your own life and learn to trust in it, trust in what your body is telling you and what you know deep in your soul."

Intuition is power because of the truth that it brings forward.

The New Moon is one of my favorite times to practice liminal dreaming. The veil feels thinner, and magic more potent.

I feel that everything was once a dream before it came to be, even existence itself. That a great dreamer wanted to experience what it meant to be alive, and dreamed the universe into being. As a part of that dreamer, you have the ability to continue the dream of your own life.

Tonight, close your eyes and dream- of the life you want, of the people you want in it, of knowing your soul purpose and expressing it in every way possible.

For over 20 years, I have been practicing the art of entering altered states of consciousness to connect with spirit, the unseen realms, and the deeper intelligence of the world around us.

This work is not new.
It is ancestral.

Aboriginal Australian cultures honored the Dreaming as a living spiritual realm.

The list goes on.

We have moved into the portal energy of the New Moon which falls on the 18th this month. This Moon is a time of cultivation and a beginning of a new cycle.

The very first New Moon of 2026 falls under the stable sign of Capricorn. As you arrive at this dark moon passage, examine the foundations that you stand upon- are they as solid and stable as you'd like them to be? The sign of the sea goat allows a slow, but steady rise to the top. Allowing you to truly hold onto whatever you cultivate. This is not flash in the pan success, but something that you take time to build. Once you have built under the influence of Capricorn, you can rest assured that it will be sustained.

For now, let your intentions build again, and when the moon is completely void, stand under the ebony sky, and send your intentions out into the ever-listening universe.

A question that I'm asked all the time is, "How did you become this? How did you become what you are?" And while the answer isn't simple, if I had to say it in one word, it would be "trauma."

Healers usually become healers because they have an expertise in something that others struggle with.

Healers rise up from the ashes of trauma and decide to go a different route, one of using their pain to help themselves, and then to help others.

This usually isn't a path that most of us dreamed about as children. But in whatever we wanted to do, the capability to help and heal would have always been a part of it.

Becoming a healer of yourself, and even other people, is one the most liberating things that you can do after experiencing trauma. It builds power and sets your life on anew course.

It's natural to wonder who you would have been and what you would have been had you not experienced your past. But I can tell you with certainty that your bright, powerful soul always knew you'd end up here. Always knew you would be able to transform, and rise from the ashes to live a beautiful, meaningful life.

I went to post the highlights of my year, and there were so many—
images of magic making, rituals held, immersion in nature, time shared with beautiful people in gorgeous places.

And yet, as I scrolled, I realized something.

While I gained so much from each of those moments, it was the quieter ones—the pauses, the silence—that moved me the farthest.

January has always felt like a strange time to rally ourselves into beginning again. When you move with nature, you can feel that this is still a season of introspection. The land is resting. The roots are deepening.

So while the calendar tells us to do, I am not doing much at all right now.
I am reflecting.

This past year held challenges, incredible highs, and powerful portals of evolution—openings that stretched me more than I thought possible. And I’m grateful for all of it.

Because here, in this quiet space, I can see the growth.
I can feel the change.
And I can sense—without rushing—the beauty of what is still becoming.

Almost every holiday that we celebrate has ancient roots that go back to times when our ancestors worshipped nature and the old gods they found within it.

They honored the Sun’s rebirth, their own ancestors, and the spirits of the land.
They lit fires, told stories, and remembered they had survived another winter. Something that was huge in days where lives literally hinged on the returning of the sun.

Evergreens were brought inside to honor life that survives the dark. Literally where what we now know as "Christmas trees" come from. Candles were lit to call the Sun back home. Feasting together marked survival, gratitude, and hope.

Christmas didn’t erase these traditions — it absorbed them. And these roots still hum beneath modern traditions — ancient, steady, and enduring.

Wishing you a beautiful holiday, in whatever way you celebrate, but always connected to the old ways...

Did you know that most of the people I work with, including myself at one point in my life, thought that they had an anxiety issue before they realized that their intuition was speaking to them?

People that are very intuitive, also are highly sensitive, you really just can't have one without the other. And that sensitivity is an incredible gift. But here's how to tell the difference between anxiety and intuition:

Intuition is quiet.
It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t argue.
It doesn’t spiral.

Anxiety is loud.
It demands certainty now.
It loops.
It tightens the body.

Sometimes we are so charged, that it can be beyond challenging to tell the difference. By grounding into your body and presence, you'll be able to feel deeper.

Intuition....
Arrives suddenly and simply
Feels neutral, even when the message is hard
Comes once… then waits
Grounds you into the present moment

Anxiety...
Builds momentum
Feels urgent and catastrophic
Repeats itself endlessly
Pulls you out of your body and into the future

Intuition will warn you of events or people, but it does so in a grounded way. When things start to feel out of control, you can rest assured it's probably anxiety.

When the nervous system settles, intuition becomes obvious.
