Akashic Record Readings:

Shamanic Healing/Soul Alchemy Session:
Through Shamanic Journey, Felicia is able to perform an energy clearing. Balancing and cleansing chakras, while removing any intrusive energies that do not belong. When clearing out imprinted beliefs, we are able to fully realize our dreams and desires. Tuning forks are used for additional sound therapy as guided by spirit.

Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is a sacred ceremony in which a Shaman works with helping spirits to retrieve lost soul parts and heal the soul. Soul loss occurs during times of trauma in ones life, and also past lives. This trauma can cause issues in our mental, physical and emotional states, creating imbalances in our lives. Almost every holiday that we celebrate has ancient roots that go back to times when our ancestors worshipped nature and the old gods they found within it.

They honored the Sun’s rebirth, their own ancestors, and the spirits of the land.
They lit fires, told stories, and remembered they had survived another winter. Something that was huge in days where lives literally hinged on the returning of the sun.

Evergreens were brought inside to honor life that survives the dark. Literally where what we now know as "Christmas trees" come from. Candles were lit to call the Sun back home. Feasting together marked survival, gratitude, and hope.

Christmas didn’t erase these traditions — it absorbed them. And these roots still hum beneath modern traditions — ancient, steady, and enduring.

Did you know that most of the people I work with, including myself at one point in my life, thought that they had an anxiety issue before they realized that their intuition was speaking to them?

People that are very intuitive, also are highly sensitive, you really just can't have one without the other. And that sensitivity is an incredible gift. But here's how to tell the difference between anxiety and intuition:

Intuition is quiet.
It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t argue.
It doesn’t spiral.

Anxiety is loud.
It demands certainty now.
It loops.
It tightens the body.

Sometimes we are so charged, that it can be beyond challenging to tell the difference. By grounding into your body and presence, you'll be able to feel deeper.

Intuition....
Arrives suddenly and simply
Feels neutral, even when the message is hard
Comes once… then waits
Grounds you into the present moment

Anxiety...
Builds momentum
Feels urgent and catastrophic
Repeats itself endlessly
Pulls you out of your body and into the future

Intuition will warn you of events or people, but it does so in a grounded way. When things start to feel out of control, you can rest assured it's probably anxiety.

When the nervous system settles, intuition becomes obvious.

As an air sign, Gemini can kick things into gear. As the moon shines here tonight, this is your time to complete a cycle and find clarity. Many words are spoken each day, but which truly holds meaning to you? And equally, do you mean everything that you say? Your word is important whether it's what you speak to others, or what you whisper to yourself. This is a great time for a reset in how you speak. The universe is forever reacting to what we put out into it, if manifestations have felt stuck, it could be that the words you are feeding out into the universe are not actually what you desire.

The mind is a busy place and needs respite. It needs downtime, in fact, it craves it. The energy of this Moon is quick, to think and to act. So this is a time to be thinking about moving a little bit more slowly, and clearing out the clutter, especially in your mind. Don't sit on your feelings, allow them out, and anything else lingering in that beautiful mind of yours. And start communicating in a way that helps bring all of your desires to fruition.

Another deity known for her presence during the Winter solstice is La Befana, also known as the Christmas witch. She hails from Italian folklore and arrives at the hinge of the year — the deep night before the light’s return.

In her cracked boots and soot-dusted shawl, she is another deity that embodies the power of the Crone: release, wisdom, and fiercely protective love.

During the Winter Solstice, she can sweep away what weighs you down and leave the quiet gifts of intuition, clarity, and rebirth in your hands.

La Befana teaches:

As you spiral inward to connect with the Winter Solstice energies, you can look to darker deities that connect with the archetypal energies of the season. So I'm going to be sharing with you some of my favorite deities to work with during the season.

Winter is not just a season, it's a presence. It's a turn inward, in contemplation and reflection. It's where we become still and learn to build our power.

No presence is older or more bone-deep than The Callieach, the Ancient Hag of Winter, the Veiled One who shapes mountains, commands storms, and freezes the earth into stillness so the land may rest. She is the Crone, the wise woman. Her energy will peak during the darkest time of the year.

The Callieach reminds us if the truths:
Everything has a spirit.
Everything breathes—even the cold, even the dark.
Even the silence.

Call upon the Callieach to reclaim your sovereignty, awaken inner strength and befriend the darkness.

How do you communicate with spirit?

By spirit, I mean your guides, loved ones that have passed, angels, plant and animal spirits- to sum it up, all the incredible Spirit energies that walk with you. What I see a lot when I'm mentoring, and what I've experienced more times than I can count, is that we want to humanize spirit. We want to interact with Spirit the way we would with each other. And that makes sense, we want to see the world through our eyes. But just as we come from spirit, so did plants, animals, rocks, the stars, everything around us. What makes up the grand total of what spirit is, is definitely not only human. So when you communicate with spirit, be open to signs, symbols, and even many cryptic things. Spirit speaks to us often in metaphors, and pulls from things that we understand, but have to decipher. It doesn't give us a complete roadmap, but bits and pieces so that we have sovereignty over our lives and can learn. Spirit is always with us but it's time to stop expecting it to show up as a human being. Allow Spirit to speak to you and those beautiful repeating numbers, in people around you saying wise words of advice that they normally wouldn't, and the deep guttural knowings that you have, in birds that suddenly appear and get your attention. Don't limit the possible ways that the universe / spirit is speaking to you and always be open.

Keeping the woods creepy on the eve of Samhain...

But really, how amazing is it that we can actually do our spiritual practice out in the open? I've been pretty lucky in my life that even when people don't understand my spiritual beliefs, they're willing to ask about it, and not condemn me for things that they may misunderstand. This path is full of absolute, exquisite beauty. It's the path that allowed me true healing, and connection to spirit.

So, on the eve of this glorious holiday, may you feel most connected to your spirituality. And even startle someone walking their dog in the woods 😆

Giving offerings back to the land...

Animism is the belief that all things contain spirit. The offerings you give to spirit, whether inanimate objects, or things that were once alive, all contain spirit. Once an offering is given, it should never be thrown away. It should be returned to the Earth if possible, to decay and fertilize for new life, it should be honored.

This is why my offerings are usually organic. They're things that I can enrich mother nature with. My favorite offerings are gifts of food for the animals, shiny stones, magical leaves, and beautiful flowers that I pour my intention into.

There's something deeply personal about this time. Being in quiet communion with intention and gratitude. It's when I wonder, what if every day, we all walked with complete intention and gratitude?

Healing happens both ways. Everything you do to heal, ripples out to heal all. And in ways we couldn't fathom. We hold our ancestors gifts, but also their wounds. By offering love, forgiveness, and ritual, we help to heal what was carried through our lineage — freeing ourselves and those who come after us.

To all of you who choose to do it differently, to weave a new story of love, support and encouragement, you are seen and held by the universe. It witnesses you in awe. Everyone who connects to you is held in your vibration of healing. You may not know just how far your healing reaches, but trust that it is vast.
