Life be Lifing and I just take each day at a time to fulfill my purpose .. my personal Journey is blossoming just like the lotus flower 🪷.. this year is the level up for me and putting this paper to practice .. in a couple months I will be a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) .. I’ve been in class and moving in silence but ..I can’t wait to service and support those with their personal yoga needs in a more healing, safe and therapeutic way that helps relieve chronic pain.

I came into the New Year under the weather but I still took time to manifest my 2024 intentions and leave all things that did not serve me in 2023 .. one thing for sure my focus is on my business this year … I feel relaxed, recharge and refocus .. It’s more than just yoga being in the procedure room with a patient offering them relaxing and breathing techniques while they are stressed, in pain or having anxiety is another skill set .. Future yoga therapist 2024 🙌🏾
