Such an incredible day. I have never run the and wow the energy in the city and the beautiful ladies who did it with me. The weather was perfect! I am so lucky to know each of them and to be able to call them family. I must say I kinda understand why people do these things. I may be thinking of a half marathon in my future.

Good morning! It’s race day! Me and 4 of my bad ass friends are running in the Detroit Free Presss Marathon Relay this morning. Of course I started my day with my . I am excited to see how I feel running with this apart of my morning regime. Get it girls you are all so inspiring!

Alright! I had my first this morning. I will tell you more about it tonight. I want to try my first video or live stream possible tonight. But I must acknowledge the customer service of this company! Alright, so I have decided to try Athletic Greens. I feel my energy levels and immune system has been suffering over the last two years and so I wanted to try something new. I can't wait to receive my first order and will let you know what I think! If you have been wondering and needed the push well here it is!

I am being very honest. I did not want to even move for 20 min tonight. I am feeling very overwhelmed with all the work, school work, chores and my kids. I did not want to even take a few minutes away from all the other things I could be doing. But I decided to do things different this season and so I did. I was tired and not happy about it but I can tell you I feel so much better and so proud that I did it. You can do this! I have also been wearing my shirt today and pulls strength from my amazingly strong classmate!

Alright, first of all mirror selfies are WAY harder than I thought 😂. Second, birthday movement completed 9:38pm. Don’t feel bad for me that I got a work out in on my birthday. I truly love moving my body and seeing what it is capable of doing. I know not everyone feels that way and that is fine too. So if you need the motivation here it is!
