3 buckets (15 lbs) of hand picked Maine blueberries —> 30 jars of fresh blueberry jam + several jars that didn’t seal in the fridge and an entire bag of berries still in the freezer for pancakes and baking!
Had some fun canning this year - these were all small batches. Played around with different pectins, different sugar amounts, and tried honey instead of sugar in one batch! 's Blueberries

Cellulite Busters - Cellulite is the dimpled-looking skin that commonly occurs in the thigh region. It forms when fatty tissue deep in the skin pushes up against connective tissue. It’s estimated that more than 85% of all women 21 years and older have cellulite. To battle this, I use a coffee sugar scrub infused with essential oils every few days. Not only are coffee grounds thought to be a natural way to treat cellulite, but the coffee itself is a great natural exfoliant. I also use a daily roller infused with Grapefruit, Ledum, and Tangerine. These oils may help reduce fat in fat cells. I add these oils (and a few others) to Cel-Lite massage oil. I roll this baby over areas of cellulite once or twice a day!

Love some warm caffeine free tea before bedtime. This tea has some great spice with the added benefits of turmeric. Turmeric has great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Bonus - using one of my favorite old school Hadley pottery mugs.

Sad that the Christmas tree came down today with all its awesome pine aromas. Had to diffuse some of my Northern Lights Lodgepole Pine essential oil. Part of the new Northern Lights collection, this oil is one of four conifer essential oils distilled from botanicals traditionally used by the indigenous peoples of the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains, each respectfully and sustainably cultivated at Young Living’s Northern Lights Farm and Distillery in British Columbia, Canada.
