Here at Harmony Healing Studio, we aim to create balance within your core & guide you in radiating your soulful self into the world.

We offer yoga & wellness classes, core and sound healing, as well as a monthly sister circle. Come to your mat to unite your mind, body, and spirit. Power Vinyasa is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements.

💛We all know meditation and mindfulness is good for our mental health and so much more! But finding the time to fit it in can be difficult and once you do fit it in, it can be even more difficult to get into that meditative state.
💛I find that sound therapy not only can be one of the most helpful ways to get a person into that meditative state but also helps a person stay in that state for longer periods of time.
💛Start fitting your mindfulness practices into your schedule. Every other Monday at 6pm join Radiance by Chelsey for a sound journey to open up your energetic pathways and to help find that meditative state.

That’s exactly what drew me into facilitating Sistership circles. I was tired of feeling depleted after social interactions with small talk and gossip. I was longing for a real connection with women, deep conversations and supporting one another! I love the conversations, connection and creativity within our circles. Our Story

In 2016 my families health wasn’t looking so radiant. My husbands service in the Marine Corps left him suffering terrible back pain. He wasn’t able to sleep well at night because of the pain and his mood and well being were also affected by it. My oldest daughter was just a baby at the time and was sick for the first 12 months of her life with sinus and ear infections. For 12 months she was on every antibiotic they could give her and nothing ever seemed to help. I struggled with adult acne, arthritis in my knee from an injury in jr. high, and allergies.

My mother in law introduced us to these amazing products that have completely changed our lives. My husband no longer has to sleep sitting up, he is happier and healthier. Our oldest daughter has not been sick in years and our youngest daughter who just turned one has never been sick! I have never felt this good and my skin has never been this healthy in all my life. It is now my mission to help change the lives of others and help them radiate beauty from the inside out!
