For those who asked about bolsters, I like this because it seems more portable and seems like it could serve multiple purposes.

Mini rectangular yoga bolsters are 2 pounds, 13 inches long 7 inches wide and 3 inches high, each bolster is hand packed medium hard with buckwheat hulls.

Thursday morning Yoga 10:30, we moved through a practice around star pose as a mirror in this season. The trimmings, extending us in all directions, breathe drawing us to our center, to the reason for this season in order to hold it all together.
