We’re expanding our Greenland team! Now hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist!

We’ve had such a great response from clients in the Greenland area that we want to expand our team to offer more hours. Our office is located inside our partner Limitless Fitness Personal Training’s gym at
1 Bayside Rd, Suite 104, in Greenland, right on Route 33 for easy access from Greenland, Stratham, Portsmouth, Exeter, Newfields, North Hampton, and more. This location offers free parking for our team members and clients.

Massage Modalities is a massage business like no other. We focus on wellness for our clients to help them relieve the impact of life. Our skilled therapists can help our clients accomplish their health goals and not only feel better when they leave our table but feel better long-term. We also focus on a healthy work-life balance for our therapists and cultivate a happy and fun teamwork environment.

Along with our partners and .nutrition , we are collecting donations to help kids and seniors in our communities this season. You can drop off donations at either our Dover or Greenland locations from now until Friday, December 5th.

This time of year can be so difficult for many. Let’s help bring cheer into our communities. Every little bit helps! ❤️

Last weekend, Thomas taught an active isolated stretching class at our Dover office. Thomas is one of our talented massage therapists, and he is certified to teach many modalities. His students for this class came from local areas in NH/ME but also from as far as Montana and Texas. It was a great day!

Massage Modalities is welcoming personal coach Julia with Ananda Experience to our Dover office!

Julia is a personal coach focused on internal family systems(IFS)-informed coaching to help adults with career or life transitions. Julia’s sessions are perfect for anyone in a phase of transition in life, feeling stuck, burned out, or not sure where to take their life/career. If you know something isn’t right and you’re not sure what to do, Julia can help you define a pathway to reach your goals!

For the month of November, for every massage session you have at either Massage Modalities location, you will receive a $25 1-hour life coaching session with Julia. You won’t have to travel far as her office is located within our Dover location.
